CAS & Associates, LLC (CAS) is a fully insured, Boise Idaho based, environmental consulting firm servicing a wide variety of clients throughout the Pacific Northwest and Intermountain regions.  Since its inception, CAS has had the ability to complete over 300 Phase I and 50 Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs).  CAS, consisting of both Engineers and Geologists, is familiar with all ASTM Standard (E1527-13) and all U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requirements.  

CAS is a professional firm with over 35 years of experience within the environmental industry.  CAS serves commercial real estate firms, banks, government agencies and numerous other businesses throughout the state of Idaho, Oregon and Utah.

Our mission is to deliver professional services and provide excellent value to all of our clients through environmental consulting and engineering solutions. CAS continues to operate on many core fundamentals including, technical knowledge, timely management, communication and of course, customer satisfaction. We excel in these areas enabling us to consistently coordinate and successfully complete projects for our clients on a timely basis.

The main objective of CAS is to provide an objective, itemization and professional judgment of environmental risks through the identification of recognized environmental conditions (RECs) to the extent feasible pursuant and prescribed within all of the ASTM Standards.
