At C.M. Peletz Co., we offer both construction management and general contracting services in the San Francisco Bay Area & Monterey Peninsula. Our 75+ year history has allowed us to gain regionally specific experience in both local commercial and residential building.

Our average project size ranges from the thoughtfully planned 3,000 sq. ft home to the towering 30 story office building and everything in-between.    Custom homes with a high degree of difficulty are our specialty- we like a challenge. In most recent years our work has centered around Silicon Valley and we have had the pleasure of working with some of the brightest minds in the region, not only our wonderful clients, but the architects we collaborate with as well. We continue to learn, grow and adapt to changing technologies, local regulations and of course our clients needs, while still maintaining the many lessons learned throughout our history.
