I’m an Executive Coach, facilitator and public speaker who partners with C-suite executives, Industry leaders and entrepreneurs, to develop strategies, plans and processes that produce results for them and their organizations.

In coaching individuals one-to-one, we begin with the end goal in mind, we focus on changes that will stick. I’m passionate about what we do as change is difficult for most people. Through my ability to listen, communicate effectively and motivate my clients achieve significant results.

With over 35 years of business management experience in Sales and Operations, Paul has a wealth of practical knowledge along with a passion for business success. Paul's been directly involved with both start-ups and turnarounds. As an entrepreneur, he has launched three successful companies in the past 20 years.

Paul's expertise includes executive coaching, leadership, strategic planning, streamlining and improving operational processes. His experience has enabled Paul to be known for the ability to adapt, innovate and effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
