Coast to Coast Support Services, Inc. (CTCSS) provides mystery shopping support services throughout North America and Canada.  CTCSS was established in November 2001 by Tina San Roman to provide a unique and personalized experience for mystery shopping companies and shoppers.

Tina’s extensive experience in Human Resources Management has contributed to the growth and reputation of CTCSS.  Our corporation is highly regarded in the industry and counts well established members of the industry as clients.  Several of our clients have been with CTCSS since our start and one remains among our largest.

Today, CTCSS clients’ contract for scheduling, editing, recruiting, project administration, and other related services.  We work extensively with a number of systems in our industry including Prophet, Sassie, and Shop Metrics, in addition to learning proprietary systems.  

Our team of employees and contractors average over ten years in the industry.  The corporate office was in Southern CA for 20 years and in 2021 moved to the East Coast.
