Creating teams, leading authentically, and delivering exceptional business results are what made leadership a rewarding experience for Debra.

What We Do

Leadership Programs are development platforms for all levels of leadership, from individual contributors to those managing teams and cross functional groups. "Leadership exists at all levels in an organization. It is available to be nurtured and grown within every individual."

Change Leadership Consulting provides critical support for senior executives and internal change leaders by focusing on the human dynamic to create lasting impact. "People change for their own reasons, not necessarily the same reasons that motivated the overall change. You need a rationale, a plan, and engaged hearts and minds."
