1. HEALTH IS WEALTH.® Your body is a miracle. Give thanks every day that you can
walk, run, dance, breathe.

2. LIFE IS SHORT. And life is now. Do not waste time thinking about the past, or
worrying about the future. Ask yourself each day, "What am I going to do with this short,
short life?"

3. THE KEY TO LIFE IS GRATITUDE. Sing a song of continuous gratitude. “Thank you
thank you thank you thank you.” It unlocks the flow of Life’s abundance to you.

4. REAL HUMAN CONNECTION NURTURES THE SOUL. People need each other.
They need to feel connected to other human beings - to listen and be heard, to support
and to be supported, to love and be loved. It feeds the soul.

5. LIFE IS A CONTINUOUS CYCLE OF GIVING AND RECEIVING. Be a provider of
value. Give more of what you want in your own life because in so doing it implies that
you understand that more will ultimately come back to you.

6. WE ARE THE EFFORT, NOT THE OUTCOME. Do not obsess about the end result.
Once you have set a goal and you’ve started moving toward achieving it, you’ve done
your job. Detach from the outcome.

7. PLAY. Every single day. It is your life-given right, and your duty, to have fun. Oh, and
dancing is awesome.

8. LOVE YOURSELF NO MATTER WHAT. Look in the mirror every day and repeat, "I
love myself. I love myself. I love myself." Watch how it transforms your life.

9. HEARTFELT HUGS ARE AN ABSOLUTE NECESSITY FOR HAPPINESS. From the
moment we are born, we need human touch to survive and thrive. Hugging is healthy: it
boosts the immune system, lowers blood pressure, reduces cortisol, and decreases
anxiety. It also feels really, really good. We aim to create a culture of hugging in our
studios and communities.

10. ALL PHYSICAL CHANGE MUST ULTIMATELY COME FROM THE
INVISIBLE. You are much more than your physical body. If you want your physical body
to improve, then your thoughts and emotions must first improve.
