CVE is a French multi-energy renewable energy producer that develops, finances, builds and operates solar photovoltaic plants, biogas units and hydrogen production facilities. It pursues a decentralized energy model, selling locally to businesses, local authorities and the agricultural sector. Since 2022 the company has operated with a mission centered on people and the planet in tomorrow's energy landscape. The group has built substantial assets, with about €866 million invested and a capacity of 640 MWp, enabling roughly 1.1 TWh of annual production. It employs a workforce of several hundred, with a sizable portion based in France, and aims to reach 2.4 GW of capacity by 2027, prioritizing short supply chains for local customers. In March 2025 CVE expanded its offices to Uzbekistan and Central Asia, signaling its push into new regions and related initiatives such as smart charging infrastructure and mobility projects.
