Security modernization Large potential for DHS to upsell enterprise-level access control and integrated security management solutions to mid-size and government-related facilities in need of scalable, IT-friendly platforms that meet stringent standards such as TWIC, HSPD-12, and FIPS 201.

Government & critical Target airports, military installations, ports, government facilities, and universities where DHS already has reference projects; leverage existing capabilities in biometrics, photo-ID, video analytics, and alarm integration to win follow-on contracts and renewals.

Platform expansion Promote Eclipse 700 as a modular, open-standards platform that can interface with Mercury panels and ASSA ABLOY Sargent VS2 wireless locks, enabling cross-sell opportunities to customers with mixed legacy and modern infrastructure.

Cloud and analytics Highlight potential for cloud-enabled management, data analytics, and scalable security operations as customers migrate from on-prem to hybrid setups, addressing efficiency and IT‑friendliness while maintaining compliance.

Funding brisk With revenue under one million, target early-stage security programs and RFPs from organizations consolidating vendors; offer affordable pilots, implementation services, and long‑term support contracts to accelerate revenue growth.
