Emerald Quest Coaching is an organization of coaches serving the engineering, environmental and energy-related industries. Our team is made up exclusively of professionally trained executive coaches who, prior to becoming a coach, had a successful career in the engineering or environmental fields. We know first-hand the projects, technical aspects, and challenges of the professionals and industries we serve.

Our services include coaching, training, and performing workshops and assessments for professionals at all levels–from those just entering the industry to seasoned executives.
