Environmental Process, Inc./epi Investigations, Inc. staff is committed to preventing and investigating all types of property and casualty claims involving building design and construction risks.  This includes negligent design and construction; accident and personal injury/worker compensation; and fraudulent claims.  To this end, the principals at EPI/epi Investigations, Inc. are professionally licensed in architecture, engineering (Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, Refrigeration, and Fire Protection), workplace safety, industrial hygiene, building codes, and law enforcement.  We are also a Licensed Private Detective agency (Minnesota License #966).  Our multi-disciplinary professionals provide unique assistance to insurance claims departments, Special Investigation Units (SIU's), risk managers, underwriters, and claims attorney. We have extensive experience in claim investigations, preparing expert reports, and providing expert legal testimony.

Environmental Process, Inc./epi Investigations, Inc. in-house, multi-disciplinary staff also consists of Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Diagnosticians, HVAC Commissioners, Licensed AHERA Asbestos Inspectors, Site Supervisors, Managers, Designers; and a full support staff to perform a wide range of projects.
