Esplanade Builders is a General Contracting firm founded in 2003 which focuses on Tenant Improvement construction.  Servicing clients from two southern California offices, Esplanade Builders provides project support in every commercial real estate market sector from pre-construction through occupancy.

Esplanade Builders performs most of its daily operations under a General Building Contractor B license, however we also carry C9 (drywall), C17 (glazing), C23 (ornamental metal/iron) and C33 (painting/wall covering/decorating) licenses.  This allows us to continue supporting our Clients post-occupancy through our TI Service Department which is organized for fast response, trained to work in occupied spaces off-hours, and delivers small projects turn-key.
