First Capital Engineering is a civil engineering firm based in York, Pennsylvania. Since 1995, we’ve completed hundreds of projects in Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, Delaware, Virginia, and West Virginia. 

Our team of civil engineers, land surveyors, landscape architects, CAD designers, inspectors, and technicians have more than 200 years of combined experience. Relying on unique designs, innovative materials, and modern construction techniques, we work on public and private sector projects that grow and enhance our local communities. We offer a variety of civil engineering services, including land surveying, municipal engineering, landscape architecture, construction inspection, environmental studies, and stormwater & wastewater management. FCE is a member of the American Council of Engineering Companies of Pennsylvania (ACEC/PA).
