Frasier, located in Boulder, Colorado, is an independent not-for-profit, purpose-driven senior living community. On our beautiful 20-acre campus, Frasier provides care for the whole continuum: independent living, assisted living, memory support, long-term care, and skilled nursing.  Additionally, a wellness center with two indoor pools, multiple dining venues, art galleries, an arts and education center, movie theater, and lush gardens are amenities you can find at Frasier.

Frasier offers affordable benefit packages to full-time employees to start the first of the month following the date of hire.  Part-time and PRN employees are eligible for the 401K, free and low-cost gym memberships, an Employee Assistance Program, and more!  Full-time and part-time employees are eligible for Frasier’s tuition reimbursement program following 6 months of employment.  Full-time employees have a benefit of up to $5,250 per calendar year and part-time employees have a benefit of up to $2,250 per calendar year!
