GOAL ASSOCIATES is an engineering consulting firm in the transportation and construction industry. Since our inception in 2001, GOAL ASSOCIATES has been involved in developing plans and managing infrastructure and facilities for both government and industry clients that improve efficiency, safety, and quality of life.

Among our primary goals is the ability to serve our clients and the communities in which we live and work. Our principal engineers have been involved in the research, planning, project development, design and construction of transportation facilities within the state of Florida and internationally.
 
With our combined skills and experience in roadway design, pavement management, traffic operations and safety, signalization, lighting, transportation planning and project development for numerous design/build transportation projects particularly on limited access roadways and multi-level interchanges with complex geometric and constructability challenges, we are well equipped to meet tomorrow’s engineering needs today.
