Our Mission is to strengthen ministry in the local church, by encouraging, equipping, and energizing the heart of leadership in pastors and spiritual leaders. • Encouraging - We will give courage to a team or leader by connecting with them in the love and affirming their call and importance in the mission of Jesus. • Equipping - We will provide tools and training for building up the local church and its leadership to fulfill its biblical mission to teach all cultures the ways of Jesus. • Energizing - We will discern the movement of the Holy Spirit, discover and clearly articulate current reality, and define prudent contextual steps for the leader or ministry with which we are engaged in order to energize them moving the mission forward.
