IPS USA Corp, part of Group-IPS (Industrial Projects Services) is a multidisciplinary firm specialized in industrial project management. Acting as the Owner’s Representative, we fully integrate into the Owner’s project team. We cover all services from the initial definition of the project on through project preparation (investment analysis, permitting, procurement, financing), project realization (project management, time schedule, cost control, safety coordination), all the way to operation of the plant. In addition, Group-IPS specializes in the engineering and management of maintenance and improvement projects on existing plants and facilities as well as in strategic consultancy related to long term corporate development and the resulting Capex management. We have successfully implemented over 900 projects in all industrial fields ranging from small improvement projects all the way to middle size revamps or new very large factories. We tailor our services to the size and complexity of the project, working in a modular way on a lump sum or reimbursable basis. Leveraging our international network of Group-IPS companies in Belgium, Brazil, France, Germany, Spain, United States, Ivory Coast, Bulgaria, China, Lebanon, Tunisia, and Romania, we’re able to manage projects while ensuring close proximity to both the investor and the site. Our team includes over 190 project engineers trained to efficiently work together, wherever the location of the investment or whatever distance between the investor and the investment. On August 9th 2006, IPS USA was launched to usher in the second step of Group-IPS’s globalization efforts. In 2011, IPS reached a major milestone when Puratos entrusted us with the construction project management for a complete new brownfield Factory in New Jersey. Group-IPS has since worked with Aleris, Campo Frio and Barry Callebaut. Today, Group-IPS is well equipped and looking forward to new challenges anywhere in the United States!
