We’re GVTC. Our name may be new to you, but we’ve been in business since 1951. Back then, we were only a telephone provider serving the Texas Hill Country area. Today, we’re a full-service communications provider offering high-speed Internet, digital cable TV, phone and interactive home security monitoring using connectHome® and Skybell® technology to residential and business customers in a 2,000 square mile region encompassing Far North San Antonio, the Texas Hill Country, and South Central Texas. Our services have also expanded to include wholesale carrier transport between San Antonio, Austin, Dallas and Houston, with unique access to remote Texas markets. Over 75% of our service areas are Fiber-to-the-Home compatible and growing every day.

Our charitable arm, The GVTC Foundation, also exists to serve our communities, donating over $3.2 million to worthy causes since its establishment in 2006. We partner with dozens of local nonprofits across our service area who share the same mission of enhancing our community by providing donations, volunteer work, and joint community project opportunities.
