Hank's Specialties was founded in 1976 by Hank Grachek and his two sons, Randy and Bruce—now the current owners. They began selling floor covering supplies out of a 20' x 40' rental garage. Just two years later, the business moved to a 4,700 sq. ft. building in New Brighton and opened two additional locations in the Twin Cities. By 2003, Hank's had expanded into a 110,000 sq. ft. facility and opened new locations across northern Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Nebraska. Now, with 20 locations across six states, Hank's continues to deliver top-quality flooring products and customer service to dealers, contractors, and installers.
