Diverse IT services ICMS operates in IT services and consulting with a focus on government and federal contracting, presenting a sales opportunity to offer expanded IT modernization, cybersecurity, and compliance services tailored to federal procurement requirements.

Small business advantage As a minority-owned SBA and HUBZone certified small business, ICMS can be leveraged for subcontracting opportunities and joint ventures with primes seeking to meet supplier diversity goals and set-aside programs.

Scale and capability With a revenue range of 50 to 100 million and a mid-size employee base, there is room to upsell managed services, cloud migration, and enterprise IT optimization contracts that fit companies sized similarly or larger.

Tech ecosystem ICMS’s current tech stack indicates familiarity with web, UI/UX, and web deployment tools; opportunities exist to propose modernization, DevOps enablement, and data analytics initiatives aligned with their existing capabilities.

Strategic growth Given the mix of facilities management, construction, and IT services for federal and commercial clients, cross-selling into adjacent portfolios such as cybersecurity, PMO support, and program management for large federal programs could drive new multi-year contracts.
