We at JV Associates, Ltd would like to introduce ourselves.  We are a TPA (third party administrator) which provides Plan Design & Administration services for a wide variety of Retirement Plans.  Along with plan design we handle all aspects of plan administration including compliance audits, accounting, governmental reporting, testing and other details. Whether you choose to use a prototype plan or ask us to develop an individually designed plan, we can advise you on the choices and options available and the consequences of each.  

We design and administer 401k, Solo-K, Profit Sharing, 403(b), 457, and Defined Benefit Plans as well as non-qualified plans.  While we work with plans of all sizes, our specialty is individually designed plans for closely held companies.  We design and administer standard, safe harbor, age weighted, cross tested, integrated, and point system retirement plans.  In addition we design and administer individually designed plans that allow for non-traditional assets such as real estate.  Chances are, we can design a plan that meets your specifications.
