Klersun is committed to transparently producing the highest quality hemp extracts for our customers. We sell our products by active ingredient and are capable of consistently providing large-scale quantities of extracts derived from industrial hemp that is grown and cultivated in accordance with the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018 (Farm Bill). Some highlights that will serve some relevance: • We achieved Self Affirmed GRAS for food + beverage on our broad spectrum in May 2018. One of the first to achieve this status. The GRAS notification procedure involves a rigorous process and criteria to conclude that the use of a substance in food is safe. • We completed our New Dietary Ingredient Notification (NDIN) dossier for supplements on our Broad-Spectrum Hemp Extract (BSHE). This 1.5+ yearlong clinical process resulted in a 1,400+ page dossier with conclusive toxicological and multi-generational reproductive data showing safety of our BSHE. • Our BSHE product is pending approval and undergoing evaluation for the Novel Foods Authorization by UK’s Food Standards Agency, which will help with UK/EU expansion, should this be of interest. • Our products are USDA organic certified with Canada and EU equivalency. • Our facility is cGMP certified and conforms with 21 CFR 110, 111, 117. • Our facility is GFSI – SQF Ed 9.0, certification expected in February 2023 • We offer a wide array of hemp extract ingredients (broad spectrum, full spectrum of varying refinement, isolates, and water soluble solutions). • We have a strategic partnership with 170-year-old flavor and fragrance company, www.robertet.com that can also provide you with world renowned flavoring and fragrances for your products. • We remain very competitive in the marketplace with pricing, volume capabilities, consistency and of course, quality. • Our products are lot traceable and tested from throughout the production process.
