Since we do not belong to any networks, our source of candidates may not be actively seeking new positions and you will not see the same tired resumes. We target and recruit top talent in specific fields to maintain a talent bank for our clients. The resumes you receive will be prescreened for your position. You will only spend time on candidates who have the skill sets, experience, and goals that fit your company. You will know the candidates’ salary requirements and career goals before you decide to interview. Our fee is due only if you hire a candidate referred to you by Knapp Consultants. You have no financial obligation. If we don't deliver, we don't get paid. Temporary Staffing/Contract: Our staffing/contract services offers the flexibility that is essential in today’s marketplace.
