Landura specializes in the management of apartment communities, primarily affordable housing sponsored by Rural Development of USDA, the Department of Housing and Urban Development, and various State Housing Finance Agencies. Properties range from market rate communities, to those with reduced interest loans, to the more elaborately structured tax credit properties. Over 4,500 units are under management in ten states. Landura was established in 1973. The principal owners are Ron Midura and Roger Midura, who both also serve as managing general partners in various apartment owning entities.
