We have two state of the art facilities, each one with 20,000+ sq. ft., located in California and Connecticut. Not only does this provide faster turn times for our clients but it reduces shipping costs as well. Each facility is fully equipped with state-of-the-art repair equipment, allowing our master technicians to quickly and cost-effectively perform a complete range of jewelry and watch repairs. Both facilities practice and maintain LEAN standards daily. M&G has created the most sophisticated repair tracking software in the industry. We allow retailers to track repairs from start to finish, capture all the specs, HD photos, protection plan information, labor charges with the ability to separate billing accounts and any comments about a repair. Our system captures all data related to any repair and has report generating tools to put the data into formats to help run a profitable repair department. Our software is used by over 2,400 stores nationwide from National Retailers to Independent Jewelers.
