Manuel Chavez is the Broker for M. C. Real Estate Corp. which has been in business for the last fourteen years. He graduated from California State University, Fresno in 1995 where he received his degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate and Land Economics. Once graduated, he set out to be a Broker and earned his license. After a couple of years working for a corporate office he decided to start up a company focusing on real estate. In 2001 he opened up M. C. Mortgage where it became a successful small business in Real Estate and Loans in the Central Valley. Having produced over 20 million in sales for the first six years he was able to open up two more branches in Dos Palos, and Madera.  Since 2008 Manuel and his team worked successfully to close over 400 properties for his clients.  Currently Manuel has continued generating strong sales growth and has found many elements of the business to focus on. Here in 2016 this includes Facebook, Instagram, Video and other internet tools.  In these past fourteen years, Mr. Chavez closed thousands of homes with 17 million dollars in sales. He has made a difference in the real estate industry by being one of the top Realtors in the valley. He ranked number nine in the Fresno Association of Realtors MLS for production in sales and transactions. Mr. Chavez was recognized at number 53 in the NAHREP Top 250 Latino Real Estate Agents List for 2014. Today, he continues to inspire and lead his fellow team of 11 Realtors by example.
