MindWork Group is a multidisciplinary private psychiatric practice based in Baltimore, Maryland, that specializes in complex psychiatric and psychological cases. Led by three experienced psychiatrists, the firm maintains an expert team that evaluates and treats patients whose conditions lead to psychiatric disability and impairment. Outpatient services begin with a consultation that reviews illness and treatment history, current symptoms, and challenges to diagnosis and care, with recommendations that may guide ongoing treatment at MindWork Group.

The Intensive Outpatient Program accepts a maximum of nine patients at a time and offers available supportive housing. In this program, physicians devote a substantial portion of group time and also provide individual therapy, contributing to over 20 clinical hours per week in a small outpatient therapeutic community. Following an initial two-week assessment period, many participants stay for about three months as they are treated for a wide range of diagnoses, including severe psychiatric illness, substance use disorders, significant family issues, and personality disorders, with additional occupational and recreational therapies to translate gains into real-world functioning and an emphasis on mentalization and attachment.
