At mOasis, we innovate sustainable farming practices to maximize agricultural growth. Founded in 2010 at Stanford University and headquartered in Union City, CA, mOasis is a startup that specializes in crop science. We manufacture BountiGel™ (an Aquamer), a non-toxic, EPA-certified soil additive that helps growers optimize water resources and improve soil nutrient efficiency to maximize crop yields. We've validated that by treating crops with BountiGel™, growers can increase crop yields by 10% while reducing water loads by 20%. 

By introducing BountiGel™ as an effective next-generation technology for the agricultural sector, we lead an effort to combat current challenges to irrigated agriculture and promote productivity in the multi-billion-dollar Californian agricultural market. Reductions in water and water-related energy loads generate savings on water and labor, and increases in yield allow growers to maximize selling profits. In 2011 and 2012 the results of field trials at UC Davis, Fresno State and commercial farms across California were so favorable that commercial demand surpassed forecasts five-fold. We look forward to a year of continued growth in 2015.
