How We Work — Our 4i PROCESS:

MRC Innovations follows a disciplined, proprietary and dynamic “4i PROCESS” that assists us in developing cost-effective solutions for your business needs. 4i PROCESS has evolved over the years to meet the ever-changing world of design, manufacturing and distribution, and we follow it very closely. 

	This system allows us to work in the most efficient manner possible to design and engineer new concepts and bring them to market, or to make your existing packaging, procurement and distribution projects more streamlined and profitable. 4i PROCESS works with both simple and the most complicated manufacturing challenges.

        Step 1 – Immersion: MRC Innovations closely examines your end-to-end business processes. We typically start with the end product and work backwards, analyzing each and every step of the process to see if any efficiencies can be achieved, and what those might be. 

	Step 2 - Insight: We then synthesize the findings into a coherent and insightful picture of both the current state of the organization and the outcomes desired. 

	Step 3 - Imagination:	Imagination brings our insights to life. We prioritize the recommendations, identify the end result desired, and build a detailed plan for execution. 

	Step 4 - Implementation: Once the end result is clearly identified, using a skillful blend of facilitation, organizational planning, research and global contacts, we manage the implementation process and see it to the very end.
