In 2001, under the direction of Jack A. Otteson, P.E., the civil division of MULTATECH began offering engineering and construction management services to municipalities, state and federal agencies, major Class I railway companies and private developers. In 2006, when Hong P. Chen, AIA, Vice President and Principal, joined the team, he created the architectural division and developed relationships with clients in the energy services, government, industrial, commercial and retail sectors.
