The National Community Reinvestment Coalition (NCRC) is a Washington, DC-based organization in the civic and social sector that concentrates on wealth-building opportunities for underserved communities. It was established in 1990 to unite national, regional, and local reinvestment groups and to channel private capital toward underserved areas. Today, the network includes more than 600 member organizations and works to broaden access to basic banking services, support the development of affordable housing, and foster job creation and community vitality. Its membership spans community reinvestment organizations, community development corporations, government agencies at local and state levels, faith-based groups, civil rights and community organizations, and minority- and women-owned business associations. The coalition collaborates with community leaders, policymakers, and financial institutions to promote fairness across banking, housing, and business opportunities. In December 2025, NCRC Housing Rehab Fund, LLC launched the Just Economy Lab, representing ongoing program expansion.
