We provide bandwidth within our coverage area without regard for how far our client is from the telco's central office. Our company was originally formed in 2002 by Ryan Parthemore and Daniel Hoffman who attended Central Dauphin High School together and remain close friends. The pair combined wireless local loop experience with years in the information technology industry to create the beginnings of the Noroc business plan. Today Noroc is one of the communications companies managed by the Parthemore Family in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Noroc now provides data services beyond basic bandwidth in response to the evolving needs of our clients. We proudly offer web site design, search engine optimization services, social networking and related marketing campaign implementation to our portfolio of services. Without stopping there, Noroc now offers hosted spam and virus e-mail filtering services, focusing on our customers' needs so that they can focus on their business.
