Founded in 2000 in Orange County, Calif. (hence the orange logo), Nouvation, Inc., is the creator of OTIS, an "occurrence (deviation) tracking information system" that's been proven in use at blood banks, donor centers, transfusion services and laboratories across the US.

Now headquartered in Houston, Texas, Nouvation developed OTIS in collaboration with experienced blood-bankers and laboratory professionals.
