PROACTIVE Through a combination of both comprehensive monitoring and preventative maintenance activities, our Proactive Program will reduce the business impact of IT failure by minimizing both the occurrences of IT failure and the duration of any remaining downtime, thus resulting in a highly reliable and stable customer network. MANAGED For a fixed cost, our Managed Program will reduce the business impact from IT failure by eliminating the occurrence of these failures. Any remaining IT failures will be dealt with as a top priority, and within a structured response mechanism. We will support all aspects of the customer’s network, including all relevant workstations. SUPPLEMENTAL At its core, the Supplemental program provides technical resource access and is delivered in an easy-to-manage subscription model that provides a “window” into the organization’s network.
