Obrecht Properties, LLC also recognized a shortage of industrial land and pioneered the remediation and development of properties (contaminated industrial property) in Maryland. In the process, we learned to work closely with state agencies, environmental remediation companies and lending institutions to bring these properties—many of which are located in prime geographic and demographic areas—back into the mainstream.
