Ole Communications is an international multi-media company and a pioneer in the Latin American Pay TV and digital media industries. The company is a founding partner of the HBO Latin America Group (a joint venture with Time Warner), A+E Networks Latin America (a joint venture with A+E Networks) and NBCUniversal International Networks Latin America (a joint venture with NBCUniversal), managing these brands’ multiplatform strategies across Pay TV and digital channels.

The HBO Latin America Group (HBO LAG) joint venture is comprised of all the channels of HBO, MAX, and Cinemax. 

The A+E Networks Latin America joint venture is comprised of A&E, History, H2, and Lifetime, which are distributed throughout Latin America by HBO LAG. 

Ole Communications’ joint-venture with NBCUniversal is comprised of E! Entertainment, Studio Universal, SyFy, Telemundo Internacional, and Universal Channel. 

Ole’s “digital first” properties include PlayGround Americas (a joint venture with the digital publisher PlayGround) and BeisbolPlay, the OTT platform for live streaming of professional baseball league games.

To support its channel joint ventures and strategic partners throughout Latin America, Ole Communications, through its affiliates of VC, provides advertising sales representation services as well as broadcast, translation, and production services.
