Park Region Telephone was founded in 1906 to offer telephone services to Dalton and the surrounding area. Since that time the company has grown significantly and now employs over 50 people and is governed by a nine member board of directors. Our staff has extensive experience in and dedication to the telecommunications industry.

Otter Tail Telcom, LLC was formed in 1997 after the Telecommunications Act of 1996 allowed for competition in the local telephone service market. Park Region Telephone is the majority owner of Otter Tail Telcom (OTT) along with minority owner Rothsay Telephone Company. OTT is authorized to provide local telephone exchange service in Fergus Falls, Battle Lake and Henning.Valley Telephone in Browns Valley joined our family of companies in 1998 and we became the cable TV provider for the Browns Valley area in 2007. Our companies are working hard to provide this region with all the communications technology available in large metro areas. Our services include a variety of telephone, computer, digital and wireless products and services.
