Growth opportunity Design focused financial services firm with minimal headcount (0-1) and a digital presence on Wix suggests potential for scalable branding, website optimization, and eCommerce enhancements to elevate client acquisition and service delivery.

Strategic hiring Recent leadership addition at Peritus Portfolio Services LLC signals a push into business development and marketing; tailor outreach around partnerships, cross-sell of bankruptcy solutions, and enhanced market visibility.

Tech modernization Current tech stack includes Wix, Google Cloud, and Sentry; opportunity to propose integrated cloud workflows, security hardening, data analytics, and CRM/marketing automation to boost operational efficiency.

Market positioning Comparison to design consultancies with substantial revenue bands suggests Peritus operates in a niche design services space within financial services; position offerings as premium, scalable design solutions for financial firms and fintechs seeking UX, process design, and product strategy.

Growth channels Minimal existing team and recent leadership changes indicate room for partner-led go-to-market strategies, targeted outreach to banks, credit unions, and bankruptcy services clients, and a focus on expanding service lines through channel partnerships.
