Once made, Plan Ahead will shepherd the project from initial approvals through construction providing a continuous point of responsibility and contact for the Owner.

A primary service that Plan Ahead offers that is unique from the competition is as an Owner's Representative.  As such, Plan Ahead is able to negotiate the best price for land and or lease acquisitions at the start of the project and carry on that service through construction, providing a fiduciary responsibilities for the Owner that potentially can save tens if not hundreds of thousands of dollars over the construction cycle of the project.
