Plum Analytics was founded with the vision of providing modern research analytics to help everyone who performs, funds or publishes research. Using products from the PlumX Suite allows you to analyze research to answer questions and tell stories of that research through greater insight to what is happening with it around the world. Plum Analytics has customers in over thirty countries tracking all types of research output from articles to videos and assessing the impact of that research by categorizing the metric data into five meaningful categories, Usage, Captures, Mentions, Social Media and Citations.

The PlumX Suite is a group of products that provides research analytics using modern and comprehensive metrics across the gamut of research output, from articles and blog posts to books, source code and videos, to provide a broader understanding of the research so you can answer the questions and tell the stories about the output. The suite is comprised of five products. PlumX Dashboards is the foundation for analyzing research artifacts and their associated metrics by researcher or groups. PlumX Metrics is a purchasable portion of PlumX Dashboards that provides metrics for your institutional repository. PlumX +Grants plugs into PlumX Dashboards to give you special insight into the impact of the grants you receive. PlumX Funding Opportunities helps you identify possible future grants. PlumX Benchmarks compares your institutions to others for all five categories of metrics.
