Professional Office Solutions, LLC (POS) is an all in one solution for medical practices. We offer a wide range of products and services including Medical Billing, Electronic Medical Records, Application Services, Credentialing, Consulting, and Technical Support. POS has experienced rapid growth and success over the last several years. 
POS employs certified medical coders to meet the needs of our billing clients. Our quick turn around time on submitting claims helps ensure that your office receives payments quickly. Our insurance accounts receivables department begins calling on all claims that are 31 days or older that have not yet been paid.  We are incentivized to make sure you receive payments quickly because we are paid based on a percentage of your practices monthly collections. 
For practices who already have an efficient billing department and prefer not to outsource their billing, but are in need of software to perform the billing POS can help. We are also an Application Service provider (ASP). This means, for a small monthly fee you can have access to the software and do your own billing. 
We also have dedicated staff who works on our certified Electronic Medical Record system. These employees train clients and help them understand the objectives of the EHR stimulus program. They help clients to achieve those objectives, which is why we have multiple practices who have received their first year stimulus payments for achieving “Meaningful Use” of a certified EHR.
