QTRCO is a manufacturer of actuators that are engineered and crafted without compromise.  Our mission has always been to produce the safest, most reliable and easy to maintain actuators on the market.  We never compromise the safety of our actuator designs and the captured spring system located inward of the pistons allows safe access for replacement while the actuator is installed on the valve.  All QTRCO actuators are designed with the belief that actuators should not fail.  From the unique design features to the premium materials of construction we have the confidence to offer a 3-year performance warranty.  Ease of maintenance infers that you may need to perform maintenance on a QTRCO actuator which is unlikely.  However should inspection or repair of the actuator be required, the QTRCO actuator does not require any proprietary parts, special training, or removal from the valve.

From our beginning in 1996, QTRCO has offered unique solutions to address common actuator problems.  Minimizing friction, internal side loading, and the number of seals have resulted in actuators that are ideally suited for control as well as on/off applications.  The QTRCO XRCISER partial stroke testing device is the only actuator that offers pneumatically engaged travel stops to ensure no spurious valve travel and full emergency operation capability.  Adapters have been engineered to fit all valve types as well as direct mounting to many valves.  Low cost solutions for Full Tag-Out/Lock-Out and manual override are also available options.
