Realty Asset Management, Inc. (RAM) was founded by Tricia Callies in Boise, Idaho. Tricia and her husband Randy have over three decades of combined experience in property management which has lead RAM to become a thriving property management company. Realty Asset Management, Inc.  offers a range of services beyond just property management including HOA management, and affiliate services including commercial real estate and commercial lending.

We specialize in the management of commercial, multifamily, and single family homes. We have a highly experienced staff and maintenance team and an affiliate construction company to manage maintenance and repairs and to keep costs low for our property owners. We have a trusted network of contractors and subcontractors who we work with on a regular basis who provide us with discounts for high volume that are passed on to you.
