REPM makes, imports, manufactures and assembles advanced solar panels. The Company is also seeking to develop multiple technologies that are currently hampering the growth of the solar market and the efficacy of many of panels available today. Specifically, our adjunct technologies for solar panels will make them (i) easier to install, (ii) cheaper, (iii) heat resistant and (iv) more effective by combining them with advanced battery storage. The Company also intends to develop its own projects (i.e. solar fields) as well as sell its advanced panels to third party solar field developers. REPM management has spent the past year evaluating the feasibility, technology, and economics of potential solar projects and partners to find the most advantageous opportunities for creating solar energy.
