RTLI is the convergence of women's achievement in high-technology sports; identifying the process for developing high-performance skills; and the link to organizational excellence that will equip women with leadership skills needed to compete and succeed in their lives.  The Rising Tide Leadership Institute (RTLI) links the performance skills and leadership development that women achieve by competing in high-technology sports with the organizational leadership excellence needed to compete and succeed in life.
