Rockwell is vertically integrated and our staff of 50 professionals self-performs asset management, property management, leasing and construction.  Rockwell’s portfolio consists of approximately 5,000 residential units in the Chicago and Phoenix metropolitan areas, and is actively pursuing investments in high-growth markets nationally.

Our expertise lies in the management and redevelopment of multi-family, mixed-use and commercial properties. We have successfully performed this role on behalf of investors, lenders, private equity firms, owner/operators, and our own assets.
