Rompower Inc. is a US based Company with branches in Tucson, Arizona, Rompower Energy Systems SRL and Bucharest Romania, Rompower International SRL. 

Established in 1994 by Ionel Dan Jitaru, and acquired by Ascom Energy Systems (AES) division in February of 2001. In July 2003, Ascom Group, reached an agreement to sell Ascom Energy Systems to Delta Electronics Public Group.
