Now celebrating 75 years at the same corner, our goal is to “wow’” you. Rare wines and spirits have been a big part of the Schaefer’s legend for over a half century. George Schaefer started collecting wines that would stand the test of time, and his daughter Anje continues that tradition today with our Schaefer’s team. Cult Cabernets from Napa, cutting edge Spanish and Italian reds, classics from every corner of France, the collection has grown carefully over the years. If you’re serious about First Growth Bordeaux, great Rhone reds and an amazing collection of mature California Cabernets, this is for you. Cellar wines are “original source” and have been in our professionally maintained cellar since their first release.
