Shawndra, now part of Cleanova, is a Western New York–based engineering-focused industrial filtration company serving the oil and gas sector. It specializes in ASME-code filter vessels and related components, supported by design engineers with deep experience in code work on filter vessels and code tanks. The operation includes multiple welding bays and two shifts, with in-house nondestructive testing, blasting and painting, and a Rush Certified code stamp. The company can fabricate vessels up to 20,000 pounds and outside dimensions up to 10 feet in diameter, 40 feet long, and 15 feet high, with typical units ranging from 12 to 48 inches in diameter and operating pressures up to 3,000 psi (shells 2 inches thick or less). It holds certifications in PED, ASME Section VIII, Division 1, and various military standards and CRNs, and has operated for more than four decades with thousands of ASME-code vessels in service. The R100 slug-catcher, coalescer, and particulate filter unit combines multiple filtration functions in a single vessel and is described as having long filter-element life. Shawndra serves customers in natural gas, chemical processing, and power generation, and its corporate structure has been integrated into Cleanova through acquisitions in 2024.
