Shopinvest, fondé en 2011, est le e-retailer de référence dans les secteurs lifestyle - maison - bien-être et opère 9 sites spécialisés. 

En novembre 2006, Karine Schrenzel lance le tout premier site du groupe: Mencorner.com (site de cosmétiques pour hommes) sur un secteur alors en forte croissance avant d'élargir son offre sur le bien-être et les accessoires des hommes.
En 2011, Shopinvest a fait l’acquisition de Bijourama qui était le précurseur de la montre et du bijou sur Internet. 
En Juillet 2012, le groupe rachète Winaretta (site leader sur le segment des Bijoux Créateurs). 
Au quatrième trimestre 2012, a eu lieu le lancement de Womancorner, site dédié aux femmes où elles peuvent trouver tous leurs produits de beauté et accessoires de mode via un triple univers. 

Shopinvest poursuit son développement au troisième trimestre 2013 et se lance dans le secteur de la décoration avec l'acquisition de Declik Deco, un des leaders de la vente en ligne de Décoration design et abordable. 
En Mai 2014, ShopInvest consolide son pôle montres & bijoux avec l’acquisition de Lookeor, site leader dans le domaine des Bijoux Charms et revendeur officiel des Bijoux Pandora.
ShopInvest s'agrandit une fois de plus grâce à l'acquisition de Comptoir de l'homme en Aout 2014, la référence en ligne des cosmétiques et parfums pour homme, et de la boutique du même nom, située à Paris. 
C'est en Mars 2015 que ShopInvest rachète la société SoFactory (site web et showroom), spécialisée dans l'ameublement et la décoration à prix discount. Fin 2015, le groupe s'offre la société Mode In Motion, fondée en 2008 à Besançon, capitale horlogère française. Le site propose de nombreuses marques de montres et bijoux, ainsi qu'un service innovant pour les internautes: l'essai 3D en ligne.
En Octobre 2016, ShopInvest investit un nouveau secteur, celui de la lingerie féminine avec l'acquisition du site Lemon Curve, le n°1 français de la vente en ligne de lingerie de marque.
