Close your eyes, relax your shoulders and sense your body. The beating of your heart, the depth of your breathing and the warmth of your skin. Could you imagine a world where you are fully in your own power? Where you are free to feel, explore and connect limitlessly — with yourself and the world surrounding you. The skin connects our inner and outer world, and merges the other senses into one. Open your senses to the world of Skins.

In 2000, Co-founder Philip and childhood friend Michiel started talking about an idea. With a shared passion for entrepreneurship, they fulfilled their dream with Skins Cosmetics. A concept that disrupted the cosmetics industry by bringing international boutique brands exclusively to the Netherlands for the first time. Within a year, the duo opened their first boutique on the well-known Runstraat in Amsterdam. It housed seven brands, including Aesop and Laura Mercier, followed by DIPTYQUE and Creed.

At Skins we empower you by connecting, opening and enriching worlds. At Skins, your inner world merges with those of our experts and boutique brands. Your unique experience is always the most powerful connector.
